History

RES & Associates was formed by Robert Schafer more than twenty years ago. The Phoenix-based company began as a real estate consulting and investment firm. In 2000, when Dean and Pam Tompsett joined Robert, RES & Associates began to develop into a full service real estate firm.

Sharing the vision of building financial independence through acquiring real estate assets, Dean and Pam brought over 15 years of experience in the real estate market to the company and helped to rapidly establish a traditional real estate business to compliment the investment area of the business.

This vision for building wealth through real estate investments coupled with traditional real estate services quickly converted many clients from one-time home buyers into long term investors holding multiple real estate assets.

Today the company has branch offices in Sun City and Northeast Phoenix with more than 80 Realtors across the valley. New offices in Peoria and Surprise are scheduled to open in the near future.

RES holds monthly Real Estate Investment Workshops across the country. We have facilitated Investor Groups, established Investment Forums, and structured unique real estate approaches. RES & Associate’s Investor Network ("IN") is growing rapidly and enabling extraordinary wealth building opportunities in the current lucrative global real estate market.
